We thought it was to neat and rare being Toshiba, what it is and the condition to pass it up. We were Under the impression it was working when purchased, unfortunately it works but not properly. We have not attempted to take apart. It stays on when turned on and shuts off when you turn off. It unfortunately also turns off by itself at random when in use. Also while on it makes an unusual and rather loud sound every time and all the time. Possibly a fan noise? We are not sure, the odd thing is it does not sound like any fan noise we have ever heard. It sounds like running water. There is no water. It just sounds like it. If you have ever heard old pipes when the water is running, that is the best we can offer to describe the sound as to give any info we have in assistance to one who may wish to purchase and repair. Fully working and not as complete as this, we have found a few similar sell/ sold in the price range of $250.00 USD up to $400.00+ USD.
