You:
Your focus will be providing customer service excellence.
You will be managing sales orders, responding to order status inquiries, and generally keeping all our orders flowing smoothly.
You will be the primary point of contact for the customer after the purchase order has been received.

) Savvy with modern software.
Our CRM, inventory system, and quotation tools are all built upon modern, collaborative, web-based systems.
(Other experience with ERP platforms is a plus.
) If you are not great with computers, this is not a role for you.
Keyboarding skills are essential.
(at least 45 WPM) Fantastic communication skills.
(Both verbal and written) You will need to maintain numerous email conversations daily.
If your grammar is poor and you are slow at composing emails, you will struggle in this role.
Basics Full-time.
The schedule is generally 7:
00 AM - 4:
00 PM.
